SACRAMENTO, Calif. – A passionate and talented team has powered Randle Communications for more than two decades, helping fuel our growth from a start-up to the number one Independent public relations firm in Sacramento and positioning the firm to play a significant role in shaping the future of California. Today, we’re excited to announce that legacy of excellence and innovation continues with the addition of two talented professionals to lead our Public Affairs and Public Relations practices.


Evan Harris and Kelsey Morgado exemplify our winning spirit, bringing decades of experience to the firm. Both will supercharge our team with the “we--not me” leadership that is a hallmark of our culture. Working alongside our President Julie Phillips and CEO Jeff Randle, they will lead the most complex and multifaceted client projects across the firm.


As Vice President of Public Affairs, Evan Harris will leverage his expertise to steer strategy for the practice, partnering with leading statewide trade associations and organizations navigating California's complex legislative, regulatory and political landscape. He joins us with almost 15 years of experience guiding strategic communications, media relations and stakeholder engagement across major industries.


Evan brings a unique blend of government, private sector and agency experience to Randle. He joins us from a premier healthcare marketing and communications firm, where he led complex health care communications, issues, crisis and reputation and strategy communications for hospitals and health systems across the U.S.  Evan has grown his career and refined his insights through multiple roles in the state legislature, a national public relations agency and a renowned think tank.


Kelsey bolsters the firm’s next phase of expansion and growth with a renewed commitment to supporting Sacramento projects that will drive the capital region into the future. With deep connections and passion for our region, Kelsey joins our team as the Vice President of Public Relations.


Kelsey joins us following a leadership role with another trusted healthcare marketing and communications partner, where she led brand-building strategies, thought leadership and reputation management. She also has expansive agency experience shaping public relations strategy, executing large media campaigns and securing coverage in top tier publications. Kelsey has a proven track-record of leading high performing teams and executing high-profile strategic communication campaigns. Her ability to craft compelling narratives and drive high-impact earned media results position her as a key asset to the firm's continued growth and success.
