Kelsey Morgado serves as vice president of public relations. With an extensive background in reputation management, thought leadership, marketing and strategic communications, Morgado brings a wealth of experience and expertise to elevate our firm’s public relations practice and further strengthen its commitment to serving clients across various sectors.

Morgado was recently recognized as one of Sacramento Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” at their 2024 celebration and is a proud member of Sacramento Metro Chamber’s Leadership Sacramento, Class of 2025.

Before joining Randle Communications, Morgado served as the director of marketing and communications at Shriners Children’s Northern California – the international healthcare system’s largest specialty care hospital. Her innovative approaches to brand positioning and executive visibility played a key role in raising awareness about Shriners Children's vital programs and services, helping to drive patient referrals and community partnerships throughout the western region of the United States.

Morgado is a graduate of California State University, Chico, where she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communication studies. As a graduate student, she taught general education courses for the communication studies department and continues to serve with the Chico State Alumni Association.

Morgado serves in various leadership roles with her church in Vacaville, California and enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, Ava, Camilla and Marco and her two dogs, Aspen and Jackson.
