Randle Communications is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Public Affairs to lead high-impact campaigns, guide client strategy, and grow our public affairs practice. This is a unique opportunity to shape policy conversations across California while working alongside the best in the business.
As a leader on our team, you’ll support trade associations and organizations across health care, housing, transportation, energy, water, and business and industry, delivering integrated strategies that influence decision-makers and engage key stakeholders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead complex public affairs campaigns for high-profile clients

Serve as a senior advisor to leading organizations

Oversee messaging, media relations, digital advocacy and stakeholder engagement

Manage and mentor a talented team of professionals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

7–10+ years in public affairs, government relations or political comms

Deep understanding of California’s policy and political landscape

Experience with issue advocacy, coalition-building and campaign strategy

Exceptional communicator and team leader
