Sam Scotti joined Randle Communications in August 2025 as the team’s Operations Specialist. In this role, Sam supports the team in a variety of administrative, organizational, and logistical tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency across projects.

Sam graduated from California State University, Sacramento, in December 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing. His academic background has provided a strong foundation for his role at Randle, where he applies his skills in strategic planning and operations.

Before joining Randle, Sam worked in the automotive and powersports industries, specializing in tire technologies and assisting with company events and shows. Though his professional experience is diverse, it consistently focuses on customer service, sales, and complex problem-solving. His broad skill set and eagerness to tackle challenges make him a versatile member of the team.

Outside of work, Sam is a self-described "master of none," with a wide range of interests including hiking, camping, reading, motor sports, and more. No matter the activity, he’s always excited to learn and try something new.
