Jeff Randle is one of California’s most talented and successful communications and public affairs professionals. He has more than 30 years of political, media and communications expertise in both the private and public sectors and he is a close advisor to several high-profile CEOs in California and has successfully led the winning campaigns for some of the most high-profile public affairs and initiative battles in California.
Randle launched his firm in 2001 and has built Randle Communications around the principles of Jim Collins’ classic book Good to Great, focusing on building a great workplace culture by developing a high performing team, challenging team members to deliver extraordinary results and giving them the tools to succeed. Randle’s approach has led the Sacramento Business Journal to name his firm as the number one public relations and public affairs firm in the Sacramento region for 6 straight years as well as a “Best Place to Work” for 12 years. Randle Communications was also recognized by Inc. Magazine as a national “Best Workplace.”
Randle has been named one of the top 100 most influential people in California by Capitol Weekly magazine 7 times, and Campaigns and Elections magazine has recognized him as one of the top 100 political influencers in the state. The Sacramento Business Journal also honored Randle as one of Sacramento’s most admired CEO’s and has recognized him and his wife, Kellie, as one of Sacramento’s top 25 power couples.
Randle was a deputy chief of staff to Governor Pete Wilson for eight years where he was responsible for all political, communications and coalition building efforts in support of the governor’s public policy agenda. He was also a top advisor to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, serving as the political director for his historic recall campaign in 2003 as well as a senior advisor on his political team during his first term as governor and a senior consultant on his 2006 re-election campaign.
Randle is a native Californian and graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He and Kellie live in Sacramento. Randle’s oldest daughter Annie graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, while his son Jake and youngest daughter Jillie Kate graduated from the University of Notre Dame.
