Sadie Flaherty

Executive Assistant and Operations Manager

Sadie Flaherty joined Randle Communications in 2021 and currently serves as the executive assistant and operations manager. In this role, she assists the team with scheduling and ensuring that all operations run smoothly throughout the office.

Flaherty earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with an emphasis in Advertising from California State University, Fullerton. While completing her degree, she was an executive assistant for a public relations firm. During her time there, she assisted the firm with all office operations and eventually moved on to be a junior account executive where she wrote social media content and press releases for clients. After college, Flaherty worked for a marketing agency as an account executive where she worked directly with clients to streamline all projects and reach deadlines.

A Bay Area native, Flaherty enjoys exploring all of Sacramento, staying active on her Peloton, and hanging with her family and friends.
