Rachael DiCicco joined Randle Communications in 2022 and serves as a director. In this role, she develops and implements communications plans and public relations strategies on behalf of a variety of clients, including Dignity Health, Covered California, California Family Fitness and Golden 1 Credit Union.
Previously, DiCicco served as the Director of Marketing for a company specializing in public affairs where she was responsible for managing all aspects of marketing and supporting the networking, prospecting and new business development efforts for more than 13 different companies. In addition, she has experience in public relations, media relations, event planning, community relations, digital communications and social media marketing for Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries, including automotive, food and beverage, finance, healthcare, nonprofit, tourism and hospitality.
DiCicco is a proud Chico State alumnus, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in Psychology, awarded cum laude with distinction. She was also an active member of the Communications Committee for Metro EDGE, Orange County Public Relations Society of America and the Women of Sacramento organization.
A Southern California native, DiCicco enjoys exploring different parts of Northern California, baking cookies and trying the best macaroni and cheese spots in Sacramento.
