He has more than three decades of political, media and communications expertise in both the private and public sectors. He is a close advisor to several high-profile CEOs in California and has successfully led the winning campaigns for some of the most prominent public affairs and initiative battles in California.
Randle built Randle Communications on the principles of Jim Collins’ book Good to Great, focusing on developing a high performing team, challenging team members to deliver extraordinary results and giving them the tools to succeed. Randle’s approach has led the Sacramento Business Journal to name his firm the number one public relations and public affairs firm in the Sacramento region. Randle has been named one of the top 100 most influential people in California by Capitol Weekly magazine four times, and Campaigns and Elections magazine has recognized him as one of the top 100 political influencers in the state. Randle was a deputy chief of staff to Governor Pete Wilson for eight years where he was responsible for all political, communications and coalition building efforts in support of the governor’s public policy agenda. His outstanding work for Governor Wilson led the Los Angeles Times to call him a “wunderkind.” Randle was also a top advisor to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, serving as a senior member of his historic recall campaign in 2003 and a senior advisor on his political team during his first term as governor.
Randle is a major player in California and national politics serving as a key political and finance advisor to House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy and serving as his Sacramento area finance chair. Randle has led the Republican leader’s local finance team for the last four years, in which time they have raised over $3 million for Leader McCarthy.
