He has more than three decades of political, media and communications expertise in both the private and public sectors. He is a close advisor to some of the most high-profile CEOs in California and has successfully led winning campaigns for some of the highest profile public affairs, public relations and initiative battles in California history.
Randle built his firm on the principles of Jim Collins’ ground-breaking book Good to Great, focusing on building a high-performing team, challenging them to deliver extraordinary results and giving them the tools to succeed. Randle’s approach has culminated in earning the Sacramento Business Journal’s top ranking as the number one public relations and public affairs firm in the Sacramento region for the last two years. Randle has repeatedly been named one of the most influential people and top 100 political influencers in California by Capitol Weekly and Campaigns and Elections magazine over the last decade. Randle was a deputy chief of staff to Governor Pete Wilson for eight years where he was responsible for all political, communications and coalition building efforts in support of the governor’s public policy agenda. His outstanding work for Governor Wilson led the Los Angeles Times to call him a “wunderkind.” Randle was also a top advisor to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, serving as a senior member of his historic recall campaign in 2003 and a senior advisor on his political team during his first term as governor.
Randle is a major player in California and national politics, serving as a key advisor to House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy and serving as his Sacramento-area finance chair. Randle has led the majority leader’s local finance team for the last three years, in which time they have raised over $2 million for the majority leader and Speaker Paul Ryan.
Randle is a native Californian and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of California, Los Angeles, in 1986. He and Kellie live in Sacramento. Randle’s oldest daughter, Annie, attends Vanderbilt University in Nashville, while his son, Jake, and youngest daughter, Jillie Kate, attend the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana.
