Simona Folasade Sillah joined Randle Communications in 2021 and brings more than a decade of strategic communications and public relations experience to the firm. As an Account Manager, Simona directs client strategy, while also collaborating with project teams to craft breakthrough content and best-in-class creative. Simona supports major client projects, including Covered California, Dignity Health and CalAIM.
Simona’s passion for health equity fuels client projects and makes her a valuable contributor across industries and Randle Practice areas.
Sillah is a seasoned communications professional, with a background in business development, marketing, and strategic communications. Prior to joining the Randle family, Sillah graduated from the University of Southern California with a Master of Communication & Journalism. Following graduate school, Sillah was able to sharpen her expertise serving various organization’s in and the around the Greater Sacramento region, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Aurrera Health Group (formally known as Harbage Consulting), and the California Department of Public Health.
A Southern California native, Sillah enjoys traveling the globe with friends and family, noting her favorite destination being Cuba, as she believes it’s the most rewarding place to sharpen her Salsa skills. With her favorite pastime being reading, Sillah admits her writers of choice include Don Miguel Ruiz, Audre Lorde and Alan Watts. Lastly, but certainly not least important, Sillah is most honored to be assigned as the life guide of her two young children, Logan and Josiah, Jr!
