Maikalina Nevills joined Randle Communications in 2015 and serves as the firm’s creative services specialist. She provides creative support across Randle’s clients, the firm’s website and manages its social media accounts.
Nevills provides a wide range of creative services for Randle clients, including the development of materials such as advertisements, brochures, fact sheets and other collateral that can be used to engage and educate the public. She delivers extensive marketing and creative support to clients including California Association of REALTORS®, California Hospital Association, John Muir Health, Golden State Water Company and Liberty Utilities.
Prior to joining the Randle team, Nevills held a voluntary role as a public relations representative for the Sacramento Lions Rugby Club and completed several media and public relations internships, including Rep 1 Sports Group in Irvine, CA, and the Sacramento State Athletics Department. Nevills gained valuable communications experience working as a member services specialist at California Family Fitness. She also has experience as an information, resources and technology representative for the Student Technology Center at California State University, Sacramento.
Nevills earned a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and a minor in communication studies (with a concentration in public relations) from California State University, Sacramento, in December 2013. During her time there, she held the positions of marketing and social media strategist, copydesk editor and staff writer for the on-campus newspaper, The State Hornet. In addition, she served as the vice president, treasurer and secretary for the campus chapter of Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), providing her the opportunity to serve as the communications director for the PRSSA 2012 national conference.
Outside of the office, Nevills spends time with her husband and large family, and likes to participate in any form of outdoor activity. Her passion lies in being an avid sports fan, dancing and exploring new places and cultures.
